NotMyToll · the toll-hold exception desk for Florida private tag agencies

Help your clerks complete renewals stalled by toll holds.

NotMyToll helps tag agencies manage renewals stalled by unresolved toll holds. It organizes receipts and release documents, tracks each reported hold, and prepares the case for clerk review.

How one stalled renewal moves to clerk review

  1. 01

The clerk notes what stopped it.

The customer paid, but the renewal is still blocked. The clerk records each hold on the stop screen, with the time it was checked, and refers the case.

  2. 02

    The official proof gets organized.

Receipts and release documents are read field by field. Each reported hold has its own record, so one paid invoice can't close a case with three holds.

  3. 03

    Ready for clerk review.

Every hold has official evidence. A cover sheet goes on top of the originals; NotMyToll issues no release. Your clerk decides, with a date and a source.

  4. 04

    The report counts finished renewals.

Renewals completed after referral first, then net clerk minutes saved, repeat visits and total support time.

Who does what

Official proof, organized. Your clerk decides.

NotMyToll organizes the official proof, identifies the actions still outstanding and tracks the case through clerk verification. Under s. 320.03(8), Florida Statutes, a receipt from the reporting governmental entity or the clerk of court showing the outstanding fines were paid is an alternative to the name dropping off the stop list. Assembling that official evidence for your clerk's review is the job. Processing isn't same-day everywhere: each office sets its own procedure, and Manatee County, for example, allows 3 business days for receipts sent online.

  1. 01
    Customer

    Pays and requests the documents.

Payment goes to the reporting entity through its own official channel. The customer requests the account-specific receipt or release document the same way. NotMyToll never takes, holds or moves customer money.

  2. 02
    NotMyToll

    Organizes evidence and tracks follow-up.

Each reported hold gets its own record. Documents are read and matched to the hold they name, missing items are listed, and follow-up is tracked until the case is ready for clerk review.

  3. 03
    Agency clerk

    Verifies and processes the renewal.

The clerk reviews the original documents, records a decision on each hold with a date and a source, and processes the renewal. Nothing is marked cleared from a payment receipt alone.

  4. 04
    Founder-assisted

Follow-up with an agreed time limit.

During the pilot, Glenn helps with follow-up on each case up to a limit agreed with your office. Every minute is logged and shown in the report.

The pilot

Start with one counter.
