We organize the proof.Your clerk decides.
A service that works on stalled renewals has to be clear about where its job stops. These lines are built into the product and the copy, and they go into any pilot agreement in writing.
- 01
We never take, hold or move customer money.
The customer pays the reporting entity through its own official channel. We record what evidence came back, with a source, a time and a name.
- 02
We never issue a clearance or a release.
Prepare a cover sheet for the original official documents. It says plainly that NotMyToll did not issue any release, and it never looks like a certificate.
- 03
A receipt alone doesn't mark a hold cleared.
Each hold stays open, and only your clerk records a decision on it, with a date and a source. One paid invoice can't close a case with several holds.
- 04
We don't file disputes.
Disputed charges, wrong plates and contested liability get a referral to the reporting entity's official process, and we track status only.
- 05
We don't choose legal remedies or draft arguments.
Flag what needs a closer look, in plain words: "Vehicle identifiers differ; review required."
- 06
We never say someone owes nothing.
Show each amount and balance as the document prints it. When a payment went to a different account, we route the case for official account clarification and never label the debt paid.
- 07
We don't promise same-day renewal.
Record what your office accepts, from whom, through which channel and how long it takes, with the date that procedure was last confirmed.
- 08
Court matters stay with the official process.
Refer them and track status. No managed resolution.
- 09
We don't promise to find every hold or clear stops end to end.
Start from what your clerk's stop screen shows. Record each reported hold with where the information came from and when it was checked, and list the next unresolved action for each one.

Sample data until handling is agreed.
Run the demo on made-up plates and documents. Real customer data waits for a written data-handling agreement.
